Our Estate Services team ensures excellent standards throughout our neighbourhoods and sheltered accommodation.
- Carrying out void clearances
- Fly-tipping clearance
- Supervising HMPS prisoners via HMPS working-out scheme
- Working with HMPS recycling project
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and monitoring outcomes of maintenance issues on estates
- Supporting colleagues and residents on estate works
- Undertaking health and safety and estate inspections
- Undertaking elements of maintenance work e.g. fixing grab rails, weed spraying and rubbish clearance
- Undertaking minor void repairs in our properties.
Multi-trade skill is desirable.
Other useful information
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This role covers our stock throughout the Kent region. We’ll provide you with a vehicle so you’ll need a full clean drivers licence.
