The role 

Our Estate Services team ensures excellent standards throughout our neighbourhoods and sheltered accommodation. 

You’ll be: 

  • Carrying out void clearances
  • Fly-tipping clearance
  • Supervising HMPS prisoners via HMPS working-out scheme
  • Working with HMPS recycling project
  • Responsible for identifying, reporting and monitoring outcomes of maintenance issues on estates
  • Supporting colleagues and residents on estate works
  • Undertaking health and safety and estate inspections
  • Undertaking elements of maintenance work e.g. fixing grab rails, weed spraying and rubbish clearance
  • Undertaking minor void repairs in our properties. 

Multi-trade skill is desirable. 

Other useful information  

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.  

This role covers our stock throughout the Kent region. We’ll provide you with a vehicle so you’ll need a full clean drivers licence.
