Optivo is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with previous concierge experience to effectively and professionally work in one of their retirement village schemes in Kidbrooke to provide a safe, secure, well maintained environment to resident. This is a permanent role for the right candidate.
To ensure that the building is secure at all times, carrying out frequent checks and reporting all concerns to management, property services.
Respond to all tenant emergencies during office and out of office hours, Monday to Friday/weekends and Bank Holidays) in line with the system rota, taking appropriate action and completing the necessary paperwork.
To promote Optivo’s customer service values to both or internal/external customers and contractors and deliver a high level of customer service in accordance with policies and procedures with some caretaking duties.
